Vahagn Keshishyan is the PMO of AxelMondrian, responsible for smooth execution of programs and projects. He is an experienced professional with a passion for project management and a diverse career journey across various industries. In his current role, Vahagn provides guidance, standardization, and support for project management processes, tools, and methodologies, all aimed at enhancing project outcomes and aligning them with the company’s strategic goals.
Vahagn’s career began with remarkable achievements, starting as the Head of the Public Relations Committee at an NGO. He then ventured into journalism, refining his communication skills as a journalist at the Public Radio of Armenia. As his thirst for knowledge grew, Vahagn explored new horizons at the Ministry of Defense, acquiring invaluable experience, title and insights along the way.
Motivated by his keen interest in the IT industry, Vahagn embraced the role of Sales and Events Manager, where he excelled in managing client relationships and organizing successful events. His growing interest in project management led him to a creative agency, where he thrived as a project manager and later earned a well-deserved promotion to the position of program manager due to his remarkable performance.
Vahagn’s commitment to professional development extends beyond the boundaries of his workplace. He serves as the Vice President at PMI Armenia, actively contributing to the advancement of project management practices within his country. Academically, he holds a bachelor’s degree in Statistics from the Armenian State University of Economics and has undergone specialized training at the Military Aviation University, earning the military rank of First Lieutenant.
