Arman Hakobyan is the Development Projects Director at AxelMondrian & Partners, where he contributes to the company’s strategic growth through proposals, tenders, partnerships, project management, process management, and team coordination. His role includes driving proposal and tender development, supporting client-facing and internal development processes, managing projects and workflows, and contributing to organizational leadership.
Before joining AxelMondrian & Partners, Arman worked as a Program Associate at the International Republican Institute, where he supported program implementation and produced weekly media monitoring reports on political developments. He also served as a Research Assistant and Data Analyst at the American University of Armenia’s Acopian Center for the Environment, supporting research, data analysis, and reporting on environmental and transboundary water issues.
Arman holds an MA in Political Science and International Affairs from the American University of Armenia, completed an Erasmus+ exchange at the University of Salzburg, and earned his BA in Political Science from Yerevan State University. His professional interests lie at the intersection of development projects, strategic communications, governance, behavioral science, and data-informed strategy.
