Arman Hakobyan is the CEO Associate, Policy & Governance at AxelMondrian & Partners, where he supports executive decision-making through policy analysis, governance research, project coordination, and high-level executive assistance. His role combines analytical writing, desk research, compliance review, open-source verification, and project monitoring, while also contributing to executive communication, meeting preparation, and reporting processes.
Before joining AxelMondrian, Arman worked as a Program Associate at the International Republican Institute, where he contributed to program implementation and produced weekly media monitoring reports on political developments. He also served as a Research Assistant and Data Analyst at the American University of Armenia’s Acopian Center for the Environment, supporting research, data analysis, and reporting on environmental and transboundary water issues.
Arman holds an MA in Political Science and International Affairs from the American University of Armenia, completed an Erasmus+ exchange at the University of Salzburg, and earned his BA in Political Science from Yerevan State University. His professional interests lie at the intersection of governance, research, and data-informed strategy.
